These terms apply to your use of bufferpoint.net (the “site”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

01Who we are#

The site is operated by BufferPoint LLC (“BufferPoint”, “we”, “us”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, filing ID 2026-002082152, with its principal office at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. 02Using the site#

You may browse and read the site, print pages for your own reference and share links to it. When you use the site, you agree not to:

• use it in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone's rights;
• try to gain unauthorized access to the site, its hosting or our accounts, or to probe, scan or test their security without our permission;
• interfere with the site's operation, including by scraping or crawling it in a way that overloads or disrupts it (ordinary search-engine indexing and web archiving are welcome);
• upload or transmit malware or anything else designed to cause harm;
• impersonate BufferPoint, or use the site's content to suggest that we endorse you or your products when we don't.

If you find a security problem, please report it to legal@bufferpoint.net rather than testing it further. Our security.txt lists the same contact.

03Intellectual property#

The site's text, design, graphics and code, including the b-monogram, are © BufferPoint LLC and protected by copyright. The BufferPoint name and the b-monogram identify our company and are our trademarks.

You may quote short extracts with attribution and link to any page. Otherwise, you may not copy, modify or republish the site's content, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests a connection with us, without our written permission. The typefaces on the site are used under their own open licenses; see the credits in our Legal Notice.

Other names on the site, including platform and store names such as Android, Google Play, Samsung, LG, Amazon and Apple, are trademarks of their respective owners. We use them only to describe the platforms we work with. BufferPoint LLC is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

04Information only, not an offer#

Everything on the site, including descriptions of our services, platforms, process and apps, is general information. Nothing on the site is an offer, a quote or a binding commitment, and no contract is formed by using the site or by writing to us. We may change what we offer at any time.

05Client work#

When we build or publish an app for a client, the work is governed by a separate written agreement, such as a proposal, a statement of work or a master services agreement. That agreement sets out the scope, deliverables, ownership, fees and responsibilities of each party. If it conflicts with anything on this site, the agreement prevails.

06Our apps#

The apps we publish have their own terms and privacy policies, available from their store listings and websites. These website terms don't apply to our apps.

07Links to other sites#

The site links to other websites, such as the Wyoming Secretary of State business search. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

08Disclaimer#

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind about the site, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we don't promise that the site will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

09Limitation of liability#

To the extent permitted by law, BufferPoint LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or your inability to use it. Because the site is free to use and provided for information, our total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to one hundred US dollars.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

10Governing law and disputes#

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about these terms or the site will be decided by the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer living outside the United States, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and you may also bring proceedings in the courts of that country.

11General#

• If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
• If we don't enforce a part of these terms straight away, we can still enforce it later.
• We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to a successor, for example in a merger or sale of our business.

12Changes to these terms#

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply from the date they are published, and only to your use of the site after that date.
